FTTH refers to the use of fiber optic cables to carry digital information directly to homes and businesses. FTTH replaces our copper and coaxial cables that had previously been installed in our service areas. Fiber has higher bandwidth capacity to easily transmit applications like telephone, TV, and Internet services.

Each subscriber on South Slope Cooperative's fiber will have their own dedicated fiber service so they will never have to share speed with neighbors. With fiber you will receive more bandwidth, greater reliability, and future flexibility!
