rental:
Modem
may be rented for $10.00 per month by signing a month to month rental
agreement. Rental price continues until modem is returned to South
Slope. See terms and condition

Residential service is considered residential if the phone line that the
High Speed Internet service is provided over is billed as a residential
line.

***1-year
/ free modem use offer is a separate one-year agreement
from installation agreement. Free modem agreement provides the user free use of
an ADSL modem
for as long as South Slope High Speed Internet service is active. If Customer
cancels this agreement prior to the end of the one-year term, then
Customer shall pay $ 39.95 per month for each month not fulfilled per
the agreement to South Slope. Original equipment must be returned to
South Slope in good working order and condition within ten (10) business
days or a $130.00 charge for equipment will be charged. If
service is cancelled due to nonpayment, Customer has (10) business days
to bring account current to avoid additional cancellation fees. If
service is not reinstated within 30 days, Customer will be assessed a
cancellation charge of $39.95 per month for each month not fulfilled per
this agreement, plus $130.00 for equipment not returned.
****(No
Service Agreement) Customer
not wishing to sign a one-year agreement of service will be charged an
installation fee up to $300.00 based on time required for
installation. Customer will be charged normal labor rate per man
plus materials for installation. Normal installation includes configuration of modem
(if applicable) and one computer. Customer will be billed
a minimum installation fee of $75.00 If
services have been cancelled for nonpayment, customer has (10) business
days to bring account current to avoid charges for modem and
other equipment that was rented or provided by South Slope for Customer
use. For current charge amounts, please call South Slope during
normal business hours.
