 What You’ll Do 

• Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling to support growth and scalability. 

• Leverage advanced analytics and financial systems to identify insights and guide business decisions. 

• Collaborate across departments to optimize cost structures, improve margins, and invest in key initiatives. 

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

• Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics to keep our financial strategy ahead of the curve. 

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and legal requirements while managing financial risks with foresight and discipline. 

 Who You Are 

• A finance leader with 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 in senior management. 

• Experienced in high-growth, tech-driven sectors—broadband, telecom, or similar industries a plus. 

• Skilled in financial technologies and systems (ERP, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel modeling). 

• Adept at turning complex data into actionable strategy and communicating across all levels of the organization. 

• A strategic thinker with a strong command of inventory systems, cost control, and operational finance. 

• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
