Bill Payment Options

South Slope offers convenient ways to pay your bill and to manage your account.

Managing Your Account

Manage your account, including viewing your bill, signing up for paperless billing and setting up automatic payment at southslope.com/ebill. You will need your South Slope account number ready in order to set up your eBill account.

eBill App

The app is a great way to check your account from your smartphone or tablet. Download the eBill Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. When you first open the app, enter your zip code and select South Slope to get started.

Automatic Payment

Have one less bill to worry about when you sign up for automatic payments. Use a checking account, savings account or credit card to automatically pay your South Slope bill on the 10th of each month. Now through December 31st, 2024, when you sign up for automatic bank draft (checking or savings account) you will receive a one-time $25 credit! To set up automatic payment, go to southslope.com/ebill or the eBill Mobile app and follow these steps:

  1. Click Auto Pay.
  2. Under Select a Payment Option, choose New Credit Card or New Bank Account. The payment day will default to the 10th.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. After reviewing the Terms and Conditions, check I agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Click Enroll in Autopay to complete enrollment.

Paperless Billing

Sign up for paperless billing through the eBill website (southslope.com/ebill) or eBill Mobile app. Good news, customers with paperless billing receive a monthly $1 credit on their bill!

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click General.
  3. Under Invoice Preferences, select Web bill only.
  4. Click Change Preference.

Sign up to easily view your South Slope bills

Visit southslope.com/ebill and log in to your eBill account with your email and password. Go to Settings. Select General. Make sure you have Web bill only or Paper bill and web bill selected. Check the box next to receive direct download of invoice charges. Click Change Preference.

You will then see a link to download your bill in your monthly “Your South Slope Bill is Ready” emails. No more hassle with logging in or remembering your eBill account credentials every time you want to check your bill.

Pay by Phone

Pay your bill over the phone via SecurePay by calling 1-833-626-9990. An automated and secure system will walk you through the bill payment process. Please have your account number and Social Security Number ready before you call. SecurePay is for single payments only.

Pay by Mail

Each month, your bill is mailed to you with a prepaid return envelope. If the return envelope is unavailable, mail your payment to:

Pay in Person

Please present the return portion of your bill to ensure the payment is accurately applied, without delay. You may pay your bill at our business office drive-up window, located at 980 N. Front Street in North Liberty. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  After-hours payments may be placed in our drop box located by the drive-up.

Universal Service Fee

The Universal Service Fee was created by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Money collected through the fee by South Slope is contributed to the Universal Service Fund and the amount that must be collected is set by the FCC. The FCC changes the USF percentage quarterly. The fund helps schools, libraries, rural health care providers and telephone companies that operate in high-cost areas. The FCC and USAC websites have additional information. Payment Due Date

The South Slope bill is due upon receipt and considered delinquent after the 20th of each month.

Credit Cards

If paying by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Credit card payment can be made through eBill or by calling SecurePay at 1-833-626-9990.
