As the Dispatching Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our dispatching team, ensuring efficient scheduling, routing, and communication across departments. You’ll be the key link between dispatchers, technicians, and leadership—empowering your team to meet service goals and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a team of dispatchers in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Coordinate technician schedules and contractor assignments to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time operations and adjust dispatch plans to handle delays or emergencies.
  • Leverage dispatch software and GPS systems to optimize routes and track performance.
  • Analyze key metrics (on-time arrivals, job completion, technician utilization) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of dispatching or logistics experience (required)
  • 1–2 years in a supervisory role (required)
  • Telecom experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

 Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, or related field (preferred)

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Office-based role with standard office equipment
  • Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs), bending, kneeling, and prolonged sitting/standing
  • Travel may be required for training or conferences

Additional Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver’s license required
