Christa was born and raised in Iowa, and moved to Iowa City after high school. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts, a Business Administration minor, and a certificate of Entrepreneurship. She started in the insurance and financial industry with COUNTRY Financial in 2010 after being a lender at a local financial institution. In addition to being licensed in Property Casualty, Life, Health, Long Term Care, and helping people plan for the future, Christa brings an extensive knowledge of understanding credit scores, budgets, and loans – therefore she is able to provide well-rounded recommendations and knowledge to the table when assisting clients.
When not at work, she and her husband, Kevin, enjoy traveling, baking, photography, working out, boating, and hiking. They also enjoy spending time with their Saint Bernards, Wilson and Otto, and their cat, Jadie.
