* Offer valid only for new residential customers located within qualifying South Slope fiber service areas who have not maintained active South Slope internet service within the preceding thirty (30) days. Limit one (1) promotional offer per household within any twelve (12) month period. To be eligible, the customer must submit a legible copy of a recent internet service bill, dated within sixty (60) days of submission, clearly displaying the customer’s name, service address, original monthly rate, and most recent monthly rate from their previous provider. Submission of documentation does not guarantee eligibility, and South Slope reserves the right to verify all information and deny promotional credit at its sole discretion. Eligible participants shall receive a one-time promotional account credit in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the 250 Mbps plan, three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the 500 Mbps plan, or five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the 1 Gbps plan. Promotional credits shall be applied in two (2) disbursements: thirty-three percent (33%) following thirty (30) consecutive days of active service and the remaining sixty-six percent (66%) following twelve (12) consecutive months of uninterrupted service. Any early termination or suspension of service prior to the applicable credit milestone will result in forfeiture of any remaining promotional credit. No contracts, activation fees, or standard installation charges may apply. Service availability is subject to network limitations, and installation may be delayed due to equipment shortages or supply chain constraints.
