Parental Controls

To change parental controls on your South Slope television service, please follow these steps:

1. On the remote, press STB then Menu
2. Enter password 0000
3. Select Preferences
4. Scroll to the right and select Main Preferences
5. Select the Parental Control box
6. Select Edit and choose options as needed
7. When done, select Submit to make the changes
